About Edge Group Scotland
At Edge Group Scotland, we're dedicated to providing exceptional, quality-focused support for young adults within the ASN community. Inclusion is at the heart of what we do, which is why we employ a diverse team of autistic and neurotypical support staff. As a Care Inspectorate Scotland registered and regulated provider, you can trust in our commitment to excellence.
Based in Lothian, we're proud to serve our local community with specialist support services. Our operations are overseen by a highly experienced Registered Mental Health nurse, bringing over 35 years of expertise. Since 2016, we've grown alongside the young people and families who shape our services, offering bespoke, individualised support that focuses on transitions, independent living skills, and other key life skills.
We are 100% authentic and we tell it like it is.
We're a trusted leader in social care, consistently empowering young adults to transform their lives and celebrate every step of their journey to their chosen positive destination.

Our Mission & Vision
Our mission is to inspire young people in Scotland who are autistic and/ or have other additional support needs to develop and maximise their potential through holistic, person-centred support.
To motivate change, celebrate independence and inform the transition to adulthood.
Person-Centred
Supports young people to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to effectively manage and make informed decisions about their own path. It is coordinated and tailored to the needs of the individual.
Holistic Health
Looks at the whole person, not just their autism, additional support or mental health needs. Our support also focuses on their physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.
Evidence-Based
Recognised as the gold standard for the delivery of safe and effective person-centred support. We constantly assess and review our practice giving us the ability to evolve and provide individualised support that improves our outcomes.
Authenticity
Our words, actions, and behaviours consistently match our core beliefs. People who are authentic bring their whole selves to their jobs and participate fully and honestly in the workplace. Authenticity and integrity are essential.

-
We are grounded in honesty and transparency. Everything we doβfrom how we speak to families, to how we plan supportβis guided by our core values. We donβt overpromise or underdeliver.
