Edge Transitions Programme

Referrals Now Open - Next Intake: July 2026

Recognising the significance of the critical life transition from school to adulthood, the Edge Transitions Programme offers a specialist day programme for school leavers (age 16 to 19 ) who are autistic and/or have other additional support needs (ASN).

The Transitions Programme provides a holistic, vocational approach specifically designed to support this crucial transition, guiding them along positive pathways towards their positive destinations.

Our mission is to motivate change, develop independence, and ensure a successful transition through a practical and supportive life skills programme.

This is a 1-year programme taking place Monday to Thursday (30 hours per week over 4 days) for 48 weeks each year.
