Kenny is the HR & Operations Manager at Edge Group Scotland, where he plays a vital role in overseeing both the strategic and day-to-day running of the organisation. In his expanded role, Kenny leads on all HR matters while continuing to manage the operational backbone of Edge’s services, ensuring that our team is supported, systems run smoothly, and our work aligns with our mission to support autistic young adults and those with additional support needs.

With significant experience in people and business management, Kenny brings a strong leadership skillset and a solution-focused mindset to his role. His professional background across both the social care and hospitality sectors gives him a unique and practical perspective on managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality, person-centred services.

Kenny is responsible for the line management and professional development of all frontline staff, coordinating training, and embedding positive working practices across the organisation.
