She holds a Forest and Outdoor Learning Award, Forest Leader (SCQF Level 6), Level 5 Outdoor Skills Award, and a Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award. Lexie brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a love of nature to her role β€” supporting young adults to learn, grow, and build confidence through hands-on experiences.
